Applications
Applications can be made at any time. To begin an application, follow the link at the bottom of this page.The Foundation will make an initial assessment of the possibility of support on the basis of a 'Concept Note', which is completed as an online form.
There are two stages to complete before applicants can access the Concept Note. First, we require that you create an account with us. This account can be accessed at any time to edit or review your application. Then you will be asked a series of questions to determine your eligibility for funding. If the answers to these questions indicate that your proposed activity is eligible for support, you will be asked to complete the 'Concept Note'.
After you have submitted your 'Concept Note' online, it will be considered by the India team. If appropriate, one of the programme advisors will be in touch and request more information, or arrange to make an on-site assessment. Before an application is taken forward, the advisors in India will have a discussion with the Foundation's Director in the UK.
Please note that the applicatiions process takes at least four months from receipt of your Concept Note. Therefore, please do not apply for funding for work that is due to commence in less than four months, or for work that has already started.
