Management of the initiative
The Our Museum itintiative is led by a project director and steering group, working with the PHF Arts programme.

Project Director
Dr Piotr Bienkowski has nearly 30 years' experience at senior level in the museum and cultural sector, with particular skills in change management, cultural change within organisations, cultural planning, developing community engagement, creative cultural engagement in regeneration projects, and delivering/evaluating research strategies.
He is Honorary Professor in the School of Arts, Histories and Cultures at the University of Manchester, and co-director of the International Umm al-Biyara Project in Petra, Jordan.
